DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within days (7) days within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

2. WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT DOESN'T ARRIVE?
Chula Extensions does not take responsibility for products that are sent to you unregistered. Chula Extensions does not offer refunds for items sent without a tracking number. If you would like it sent registered with a tracking number this will be at an additional cost to you.
3. Why are Hair Extensions non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the seal on the packaging has been broken.
